We recommend the following tips for burning your new candle:

Before lighting you sculptural candle, place it on a dish or candle plate that will collect any wax that may drip.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping. If you are going to leave the room or go to bed, be sure to extinguish all candles first. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle, if available, as its the safest way to prevent hot wax from spattering.

Don't burn a candle all the way down. For safety measures, stop burning a candle when there is 1/4inch of wax left in the vessel.

Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Keep candle out of reach of children and pets.

When not in use, place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources as this may cause discoloration of your candle.

Before you light candle again, trim the wick 2-3cm from the surface of the wax, to ensure a consistent smoke free flame.

My Curvy Candles are handmade, so they may have slight imperfections (air bubbles or frosting) variations due to the nature of the natural soy wax. Please allow slight color difference due to different monitors and lighting environments.

Soy wax is a natural, renewable and manufactured from soybeans grown in America's Midwest. It is non-toxic and clean burning. Soy wax has a lower melting point than other waxes resulting in slower and longer burn times.

Curvy Mood sculptural candles are designed for decorative purposes. If you choose to light them, they will burn for a short time depending on the size of the candle you order. Please note that wax spillage is expected. Its important to place them on a heat resistant, deep tray or dish to avoid spillage on furniture.
